ELECTION 2016: EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW TO VOTE

Although we aren't on the ballot until 2017, we want to make it easy for you and your friends to find out where and how to VOTE in this year's election. Check out some helpful resources below so you know where to go and what you need to bring in order to vote in this year's election! 

FIND YOUR POLLING PLACE:

Just enter your first initial, last name, county, and date of birth under "MVP login" on the right side of the screen, then click "submit"

WHAT IDS ARE ACCEPTABLE?

  • Any valid state or federal government-issued photo ID, including a free ID Card issued by your county registrar's office or the Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) 

  • A Georgia Driver's License, even if expired

  • Valid employee photo ID from any branch, department, agency, or entity of the U.S. Government, Georgia, or any county, municipality, board, authority or other entity of this state

  • Valid U.S. passport ID

  • Valid U.S. military photo ID

  • Valid tribal photo ID

Early voting begins October 17, 2016!

MILITARY AND OVERSEAS VOTING:

If you are in the military or overseas, you can still vote!
